   Hello Aruna dear,thank you for you message. I appreciate it. I will likely find a nice instrumental or sitar classical or something to replace this song; does that sound good? I think the recipe should work for your friend. Sometimes, it will take the person a week or two to notice anything, however, since Aryuveda treats the person and the ailment is therefore treated as a “sideeffect” I really wish your friend to try this.
