September 11, 2009 1:34 pm | #8I made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was good. I added more salt, cumin, pepper because it was a little bland. The next time, I won’t use the eggs because it made them a little too soft in the middle. I also used flax seed instead of wheat germ because I didn’t have any wheat germ. I did not use mustard (I don’t like mustard) It did taste good and I’m not vegeterian, I just like to skip meat often. Thanks for the vid… I think I’ll bake them in the oven next time rather than fry.
September 11, 2009 2:24 pm | #9I also just used dried lentils (cheaper) and cooked them in water for about 1/2 an hour. I sauteed my onions and garlic in water before putting them in the mix because that mellows the flavor of both and makes the onions sweeter.
